Hi, I am Hilary!

- First and foremost, I am a mom to three adorable little kiddos ages 9, 7 and 4. You have likely seen their faces a time or two on my feed, as they’re often my little models. They definitely keep me busy and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 

- Fun fact about me: I used to be a Broadway dancer in New York City! For 12 years I pounded the pavement and pursued my dream! I had the opportunity to dance alongside Hugh Jackman in his one-man Broadway show, tour the country with the Broadway cast of ‘A Chorus Line’, and many more over the years. I hung up my dance shoes and moved to California where I got married and started a family. Do I miss it? Sure. Do I love this new crazy life? Absolutely! We now live in Parker, CO and couldn't love it more!

- So how did I get started in this business? My dad was a professional photographer. I grew up around photography my entire life and he even hired me on occasion to be his second shooter at weddings. Fast forward a few years (and a few million iPhone photos of my first son) and I realized I wanted to be creative again and pursue photography as my new career. My dad taught me everything I know, and I continue to use him as my mentor to this day. 

- I LOVE working with kids! I have a passion for bringing out their true selves and their “real smiles!” I have learned a little patience and some shameless silliness can bring out the best in every child!

- I love COLOR and making images POP. I capture the storytelling of lifestyle photography, the beauty and elegance of traditional photography and the sensitivity that captures the soul! I guess you could say my style is “Timeless and True.”

- During your session we will relax, have FUN and I will do my best to capture the love and joy of your family in a real and honest way! I have grown a clientele of the most amazing families. Thank you for trusting me with your little munchkins to capture their wonder and beautiful selves. I can’t wait to see you all soon!
